Student Success Day a Big Hit



More than 500 students took advantage of the Student Success Day on Wednesday, Oct. 21.
The day was filled with workshops that discussed topics such as money management, joining clubs, making new friends, broadening horizons by learning about other cultures, being successful in academics and much more.
Motivational speaker Jay Zarr spoke to an engrossed audience at noon in the commons area. With constant humor, a little self-deprecation and well-placed sarcasm, Zarr discussed with the audience of approximately 200 ways to find success in any facet of life.
