When: Wednesday, October 22

Sessions: 9 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. and 5-7 p.m.
Evening sessions will begin at 7 p.m.

Over 70 sessions are scheduled.

Student Success Day is designed to support academic success, provide opportunities for career building and personal growth, and to increase the connections among students, staff, faculty and LSC. All students are encouraged to participate in this event!

FYI: Regular classes will not be in session on Student Success Day in order to fill the day with a wide variety of activities.

The format of the day will be much like a conference allowing the chance to participate in open labs, information sessions, panel discussions, demonstrations, information tables, and time to meet with teachers and/or advisors. An inspiring keynote speaker is scheduled for noon and again at 5 p.m. in the Commons with free pizza and pop for those attending. The topics/sessions offered cover a wide range of interests – finance, fitness, health, academic success, career development, etc.
