Loretta Ackerson has been hired as one of two receptionists in the Student Services Center. Ackerson, along with Stacy Langguth, provides a variety of customer services to students and other stakeholders. Ackerson is a December 2007 graduate from the University of Wisconsin-Superior. She has four years of customer service experience in a college setting.
