Sunny skies, mild temps,andexcellenttrail conditions made for a fun ski race at Duluth’sSpirit Mountain. LSC sponsored the Duluth Cross Country Club’s Nordic SpiritSki Race and Tourwhich included a 10k classic and a 13k and 25kfreestyle race. According to race organizer/faculty memberBrian Bich, 200 people registered to race and 178 showed up to do the course. Bich hopes to build the race over the next few years to 500 participants.
