LSC will host a candidate debate on Monday, Oct. 29 in the Commons. Mayoral candidates Don Ness and Charlie Bell will appear from 2- 3 p.m. and the Duluth City Council candidates will appear from 3-4 p.m. Harry Cottrell from LSC’s Center for Lifelong Learning will moderate. Questions will be accepted in advance and at the forum.
