“Our Voices Together” 9/11 Forum At LSC

The “Our Voices Together: HELP BUILD A SAFER, MORE COMPASSIONATE WORLD” Forum is a nonpolitical response to counterterroism started by the families of 9/11 victims. Since 2001, the “Our Voices Together” organization has sponsored national community forums to discuss ways to build a future without terrorism.

tower.jpgLSC will host a forum on Thursday, Sept. 13 at 7 – 9 p.m. in Room E2462. The event is free and open to the public. Nationally renowned speaker Lorelei Kelly, the Real Security Initiative Director for the White House Project, has chosen the LSC forum to participate in among the other national forums being held this week. St. Louis County attorney Melanie Ford will be the keynote speaker. LSC instructors Michele Keane and Theresa Hornstein will serve as panelists.
