The LSC Husky Dog Paddlers had a great day at the Lake Superior Dragon Boat Festival on Saturday, Aug. 25. A few employees and quite a few enthusiastic students helped lead the Dog Paddlers to new heights in the Festival. Kudos go to team captain Tonya Borgeson and to Student Life for sponsoring the team.

There were nine teams entered in the Education Division. LSC took second place, getting edged out by only .03 seconds by the team from the Superior School District. Other teams in the Education Division included UMD, UWS, WITC, and Hibbing Community College. For pictures and a more complete recap, go to:
