Robert Dorfman and his daughter Sara Dorfman (pictured at right) attended a special reception at the Lake Superior College Physical Therapy Clinic on Wednesday, January 24. Dorfman recently donated $5,000 to the Lake Superior College Foundation to support the Physical Therapy Clinic Scholarship Fund.

Dorfman’s wife of 60 years, Dorothy, received therapy at the clinic for nearly five years, prior to her passing in September 2005. He wanted to make sure that his wife’s memory lived on at the clinic where she received both physical therapy and the personal support of dedicated and caring students and faculty.
