Spanish Immersion Semester in Puebla, Mexico

A new semester-long Spanish immersion program in Puebla, Mexico is offered for spring 2007. The program combines an academic program with service learning and exciting cultural activities located at one of the most prestigious universities in Mexico.

Lake Superior College students will study at the renowned Universidad de las Américas in Puebla, México. The Universidad de las Américas, whose official name is Fundación Universidad de las Américas, Puebla (also known as UDLA or UDLAP), is one of the most important private universities in Mexico. Its academic programs, both in the undergraduate and graduate schools, have national and international prestige. Students will enroll in three credits through Lake Superior College (taught on-campus at the UDLA by LSC faculty) and nine credits of language/culture courses at the UDLA, including a service learning component.
