Radiologic Technology Program Announces Graduate Awards

Congratulations to the Radiologic Technology Class of 2006. Twenty-one graduates were honored recently at an informal ceremony at LSC. These graduates have received an Associate of Applied Science degree in Radiologic Technology and are now eligible to take a national board certification exam from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.

Brittany Lauby of Eagan, MN received the LSC “Blue Ribbon Student of the Year” Award. This award recognizes outstanding GPA, professional and community involvement.
Laura Liljegren of Esko, MN received the Helen Shay Memorial Award sponsored by the SMDC Foundation. The Helen Shay Memorial Award recognizes excellence in clinical performance.
Linda Schubert of Duluth, MN received the Kim Chapman Memorial Award. This LSC Foundation award recognizes a high standard of professionalism and dedication.
