American History X
American History X is one of my top ten favorit movies of all time. Tell a story between two brothers growing up in a world of racism, and how it affects their life. Every decision they make effects their life and how they altimitly change their life at the end. This movie portrats a great tail of the hate that people can go on threw life. Ulimitly, its not worth going threw life always mad at the country you live in and the world. Its just not worth it. Hate puts to much stress on one person’s life. It is more healthy to one’s body to live you life instead of thriving in a world of hate.
This is also one of the favorite movies of mine. It’s true that hate puts too much stress on one person’s life. This is also true that we need a perfect and healthy body to put stress out of our life. For that we need nutritive food. If our body not getting it through the regular food then we can depend upon health supplements available in the market.
