Today I ran 6 miles.  I didn’t time myself.

My route was flat for the first 4 miles with rolling hills on the last 2.  I ran the entire 6 miles easy.  I am a little sore from my stride-outs so mental and physically I needed an easy run today.

I felt good and relaxed and enjoyed my run.

Today I ran 5 miles.  It took me 38:50.

My route was rolling hills.

I warmed up for about 15 min.  I than did my 6×100 meter stride-outs.  I felt so good that I kept more of a moderate pace to finish my run.  My kids came with on their bike’s so it was a fun time for all of us.  They cheered for me and kept me motivated!!  I felt like I was working hard, but it wasn’t killing me, it felt good.   Awesome weather, I actually ran in a tee-shirt.

Today I ran 10 miles.  It took me 88 min.

My route was mostly flat with some small inclines and declines.

Today I ran easy.  It was a nice day for a run and I really enjoyed it.  It felt good to get a 10 miler under my belt for the season, the 10 mile distance is my favorite.

My hip is still sore although once warmed up, it didn’t bother me too bad.  I ended up with a slightly sore toe nail, but that is nothing new.  I look forward to the increasing temps.

Today I ran 5 miles.  I did it in 40 min

my route was rolling hills.

I warmed up for about 10 min.  then I did my 6×100 stride-outs.  They felt good.  I am starting to feel stronger and in more control of my body when I do these.  I ran easy for the last mile.

I am experiencing a sore muscle in my hip/butt area.  It just feels like a sore muscle, but when I run every once in awhile it shoots a split second burning pain.  I am going to stretch out more before and after my runs to see if this will help.

Today I ran 7 miles.  I didn’t time myself.

My route was rolling hills.

I just ran a steady pace for the 1st 4 miles.  On the last 3 I picked up the pace to race pace.  I walked 4 blocks for cool down.

I felt good.  There was no wind at all which is very rare here in Two Harbors.  Big storm coming Fri-Sat so I may have to dust off the treadmill.

Today I ran 5 miles.  It took me 39 min.  I ran today because there is a chance that my schdule might not let me run on Tues.  I really want to get that 5th run in this week, that is my goal.

My route was rolling.  Because I wasn’t feeling well last week on the hill run day, I chose to charge the hills on my run today.  There are 4 pretty good hills on my route.

I felt AWESOME on my run today.  I can really feel myself getting stronger.  Charging the hills for me today was not a problem and it felt great to push myself.
