I did run this week, I just haven’t had alot of time to get it in my blog.

Tuesday I ran 5 miles- strong head wind

Wednesday I ran 8 miles-

Saturday I ran 13 miles

Sunday I ran 4 miles recovery

I have had allergies really bad and get seasonal athsma that is mild.  I feel like I can’t get a deep breath, a heavy chest feeling.  I started my inhaler and hope this will help get rid of my symptoms.  My nose also runs, alot!  I so glad I did the 13 miles on Sat.  Minus a sore toe, I feel great.  Back to the griding board this week.  This time of year gets so busy!!

    Hey,

    I am with you. Hopefully all this junk is out of the air by Gmas. i have been so itchy and miserable. Do you take vit C? That will help your immune system cope with all the allergens. Be careful with the Claratin D, as I said in the discussions, it will make your HR race. Taking a Claratin alone though shouldn’t be a problem. Starting this weekend it is really time to back off and rest. You have done all the training now you just need to get extra rest to start feeling fresh and ready to race.
