Today I ran 5 miles. It took me about 40 min. I ran to Burlington Bay hill and finished my run with 4 hill repeats.
My route was rolling hills. My foot felt good, still just minimal discomfort. I was out to do 6 hill repeats, but 4 was all I could muster up this time. [...]

Today I ran 4 miles. I did not time myself.
My course was rolling hills. I ran today to test out my foot injury so I ran nice and easy with caution.
My foot feels better, but still aches. It felt fine when I ran today although I can still feel just a little discomfort. I am still icing [...]
