Tues. May 20th

Today I ran 5 miles.  My time was 36:17.

My route was rolling.  For me it’s time to start pushing a little harder.  My foot seems to be holding out just fine.  I wasn’t super happy with the 38 min last week because I have done five miles in 34 min.  I feel I have been a bit cautious lately and feel I need to push harder on some of my runs. 

I felt strong today and was happy with my time.  On this run I have 2 really big hills and 2 steep but short hills, so my time was good.  My kids came with on their bike’s and that helps me push harder because I try to keep up with them.  They are my motivation.
