Today I ran 10 miles.  It took me about 88 min.

My route was rolling hills.  I ran the whole 10 miles at a comfortable pace.  I was nervous on how my foot would take the longer distance.  I was a little tired at the end but no foot pain.  I did ice it anyway just to be sure it doesn’t come back.

I was happy to get in the distance this week.  What a nice day for a run.
