Today I ran 5 miles.  No time.

My route was rolling hills.  I did my 6×100 stride-outs. 

I felt really good today.  NO foot pain while running.  When I injuried it, it hurt in my arch, my lateral foot, and at the base of my heel.  I’m kinda thinking it may have been plantar’s facitis!?!  It feels better.  I did do my stride outs a little slower and they felt strong and controlled.
