Today I ran 7 miles.  I didn’t time myself.
My route was rolling hills.
I just ran a steady pace for the 1st 4 miles.  On the last 3 I picked up the pace to race pace.  I walked 4 blocks for cool down.
I felt good.  There was no wind at all which is very rare here [...]
