Today I ran 6 miles.  It took me about 50 min.

My route was rolling.

I did 15 min or so for warm-up I than did my 5×3:00 min at a faster pace with about 90 sec. rest in between.  I ran the last half mile easy for cool down.

I felt really good.   I almost find it hard to slow back down once I’m running that faster pace!  Because my HR monitor is getting a new battery as well, I just winged the pace.  It is warming up and it’s perfect for running.  What a great run!!
