Today I ran another 6 mile run. It took me roughly 55 min.
This was a scheduled easy run, so my pace was easy. Fun!! I never really run easy!
I completed the scheduled workout.
My route has a mix of hills up and down. There is a spot where I run up a 1 mile long hill that is pretty steep. It’s a killer. My butt always BURNS up this hill, so I named it the butt burner! I dislike the butt burner.
Overall I felt pretty good. I am a little sore from running yesterday. This is the most running I’ve done for awhile, but it shouldn’t take me long to get feeling good.

Hi,
It looks like you are doing great! You said this is more running than you have done for a while, so it is great you are doing the intermediate training but just know I set that up assuming you were running about 25 or more miles a week or doing running and equivalent XT over the winter. So keep up the good work, but be you own best coach and listen to your body. If you stay healthy, you shuld be ready for a great race come Grandma’s weekend.
