I did run this week, I just haven’t had alot of time to get it in my blog.

Tuesday I ran 5 miles- strong head wind

Wednesday I ran 8 miles-

Saturday I ran 13 miles

Sunday I ran 4 miles recovery

I have had allergies really bad and get seasonal athsma that is mild.  I feel like I can’t get a deep breath, a heavy chest feeling.  I started my inhaler and hope this will help get rid of my symptoms.  My nose also runs, alot!  I so glad I did the 13 miles on Sat.  Minus a sore toe, I feel great.  Back to the griding board this week.  This time of year gets so busy!!

Today I ran 8 miles.  My time was 1:02.40.  I didn’t feel my best on this run, I struggled. 

My route was mainly flat.  I did a four mile loop twice.  On the first 4 miles I did 1 mile easy 1 mile race pace 1 mile easy last mile race pace.  The second time around the loop I tried to run race pace the whole time, but on the last 1 1/2 I got pretty tired.

My goal was to try for a negative split, and I got one, but not by much.  My first 4 was a 31.29 and my second one was a 31.11

I had some strong head winds.  I had eaten chinese food for lunch and it did not settle well for me on my run.  I’ve decieded NEVER to eat chinese food again before running.  My gut was not happy with me!!

today I ran 5 miles.  No time.

I ran an easy recovery run today.  I’m just a little sore from yesterday so it felt good to take it easy and enjoy the beatiful day.

Today I ran 5 miles.  My time was 36:17.

My route was rolling.  For me it’s time to start pushing a little harder.  My foot seems to be holding out just fine.  I wasn’t super happy with the 38 min last week because I have done five miles in 34 min.  I feel I have been a bit cautious lately and feel I need to push harder on some of my runs. 

I felt strong today and was happy with my time.  On this run I have 2 really big hills and 2 steep but short hills, so my time was good.  My kids came with on their bike’s and that helps me push harder because I try to keep up with them.  They are my motivation.

Today I ran 10 miles.  I didn’t time myself.

My route was rolling.

My run today felt AWESOME!!  I was able to push hard my last 2 miles and I didn’t feel wasted at the end of my run.

Great day for a run.  Although I felt cold at the start of my run, I warmed up and the temp. was perfect.

Today I ran 5 miles.  I ran it in 38 min.

My route was rolling hills.  My kids came with on their bike’s.  A very scary rain cloud was coming up behind us so we had to push it to beat the rain.  And, WE DID!!  Just as we finished our 5 miles the wind picked up and the rain started.

I felt very strong and pushed hard up the hills.  One time I even passed my daughter up a hill when she was on her bike.  She didn’t like that!  My foot is holding out fine.  Sometimes it feels like it may cramp, but no more pain.

We did stay in TH.  It has been so crazy.  We put our house on the market and it sold in like 3 wks.  We didn’t expect that.  The buyers wanted us out by May 1st.  That gave us 3 wks to pack up and get out.  We found a house we liked but they couldn’t be out until May 12th.  So for 12 day’s we were homeless.  We stayed in my parents basement.  The four of us and our THREE dogs!!  It went by fast but than we had to move everything again.  We have been in our new house for 1 wk and there are still boxes everywhere!!  I DISLIKE moving!

Today I did 8 miles.  It took me just over 1 hour and 4 minutes.

My route was mostly flat.  I did half mile pick ups with a half mile recovery. 

I felt really good on this run.  It was a beatutiful day.

Today I ran 5 miles.  I charged up 4 hills.

My usually route has 4 pretty big hills so I sprinted up the hills on my 5 mile route.  

It was a nice day for a run and I felt pretty strong.

Mon and Tuesday we moved!!  So I didn’t get any workouts done.

Today I ran 10 miles.  It took me about 88 min.

My route was rolling hills.  I ran the whole 10 miles at a comfortable pace.  I was nervous on how my foot would take the longer distance.  I was a little tired at the end but no foot pain.  I did ice it anyway just to be sure it doesn’t come back.

I was happy to get in the distance this week.  What a nice day for a run.

Today I ran 5 miles.  No time.

My route was rolling hills.  I did my 6×100 stride-outs. 

I felt really good today.  NO foot pain while running.  When I injuried it, it hurt in my arch, my lateral foot, and at the base of my heel.  I’m kinda thinking it may have been plantar’s facitis!?!  It feels better.  I did do my stride outs a little slower and they felt strong and controlled.
