                                                            Boundaries

 

The limits I set on my own behavior is:  I don’t use drugs or alcohol

                                                                 I avoid people who use

                                                                 If a conversation gets too negative I leave

                                                                 I walk away from a fight

                                                                 I don’t associate with people who break the law

 

I feel I have healthy boundaries which developed from years of experience in many situations good and bad.
