Thursday Week 3
I didnt run today; my hip hurt from last time so I thought if I just rested a couple days and give it a break it would help.

effort: I was trying pretty hard but I had to stop and walk because my hip was giving me a hard time.

effort: moderate my hip is bothering me so it makes it a little bit for difficult to run
lifestyle: I wonder if doing yoga is hurting my hip. But its not something I can quit because I am taking yoga at LSC. I’ve had my hip bother me before but not this badly

effort: Moderate, I was trying to take it easy but my calves were really tight and made it seem a lot harder to run.

Effort: I was trying harder because I set the pace a little faster than I am used to running

Again, my Saturdays seem to be jam packed and I try to fit in what I can.

Route: A hilly route, went up and down side streets out by UMD
Effort: The hills were tough, tempted to stop and walk but tried to run through it for awhile
I did Thursday’s workout today because I have to work tomorrow and I thought I would be to tired to attempt a workout like this tomorrow. I’ll do Wednesday’s tomorrow.
Lifestyle: I had yoga class earlier in the day so I kind of had to workouts today

Route: generally flat across skyline pkwy
Effort: Started out easy, then tried to progress gradually to a faster speed. I found that at a faster speed than 10 minute miles I can not run very far. Thus I slowed back down after a few minutes because I figured it was better to run farther slower than to stop and walk.

Lifesyle: I had a good night sleep and I am starting to eat better.
