route: on treadmill
effort; easy
lifestyle; my hip is still feeling pretty good (knock on wood)
duration: 60 minutes; approx 6 miles
route: flat along skyline, ran in the dirt on the side of the road
effort; easy
lifestyle: after my run i was limping again, espicially right after the run. generally got easier to walk as the day went on.
duration: 30 min; approx. 3 miles
route: flat across skyline pkwy
effort: easy
lifestyle; i took it pretty easy and my hip isnt bothering me afterwards

duration: 50 minutes
15 minute warm-up
6 X 400 meter
10 minute cool down
Route: Back and forth on blocks around my neighborhood
effort; I was really trying when running my 400s. Probably the hardest Ive tried all training.
lifestyle: This run aggravated my hip and now Im limping around the house.
I didnt run because I ended up having to work a double shift (16 hrs straight) and I was just exhausted afterwards

workout completed. I run at my goal pace which is ten minute miles. I tend to be able to run this pace fairly easily but in the past I havent been able to keep this pace in the half marathon.
lifestyle: my hip is feeling better. I think maybe I strained it in yoga or something but it wasnt bothering me on my run today.
