lifestyle; Ive been doing some exercises that are supposes to strenghten my hip that i found on the internet. And since ive been running on just the soft trails my hip hasnt been hurting as badly after my runs.

lifestyle: hip was bothering at pionts during my run, i was trying to run through it  and afterwards

lifestyle; my hip was bothering after my run. I am limping around, but i usually stop limping a couple hours afterward, so i think itll be ok.
