		<description><![CDATA[Ive really just been taking it easy.
Sunday I ran 30 minutes easy on the superior hikinh trail.
monday i went for a long walk
Tuesday i went 30 min easy along the lakewalk
wednesday I ran 55 min easy flat along the lakewalk
thursday I plan to go biking if it ever stops raining

thursday: 30 minutes, approx. 3 miles flat across skyline parkway. easy
friday: 30 minutes easy superior hiking trail.

<p>I went to the doctor this past friday, and my doctor said the reason why hip is been hurting is probably caused by impact of my feet hitting the hard ground. she gave me some exercises to do in order to strenghten my hip. so hopefully that works <img src='http://blog.lsc.edu/sarazapp/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /></p>

mon:off wisdom teeth

<p>Friday: Cross-training: 2 hr biking stared at lakewalk ended at LSC.  Flat and some hills</p>
<p>Saturday: 30 min. easy. rolling hills on superior hiking trail. approx. 3 miles.</p>
<p>                 Saturday, a few hrs later</p>
<p>                   35 mile bike ride along munger trail. completly flat. exhausted afterwards.</p>
<p>Sunday: 45 min. easy along superior hiking trail. still exhausted from the day before; made it difficult to run. ran approx. 4 miles. Surprisingly my hip is still feeling ok.</p>
