Week before the big race

Ive really just been taking it easy.

Sunday I ran 30 minutes easy on the superior hikinh trail.

monday i went for a long walk

Tuesday i went 30 min easy along the lakewalk

wednesday I ran 55 min easy flat along the lakewalk

thursday I plan to go biking if it ever stops raining

week 12

monday: off; cross-training 45 minutes biking munger trail

tuesday: 45 minutes approx. 4.5 miles on rolling hills on superior hiking trail

wednesday: 45 minutes, approx. 4.5 miles hilly route on trails in and around lester aprk. exhausting run.

thursday: 30 minutes, approx. 3 miles flat across skyline parkway. easy

friday: 30 minutes easy superior hiking trail.

Saturday: 50 minutes flat along the lakewalk. approx. 5 miles easy.

I went to the doctor this past friday, and my doctor said the reason why hip is been hurting is probably caused by impact of my feet hitting the hard ground. she gave me some exercises to do in order to strenghten my hip. so hopefully that works :)
