effort: took it slow so it was easy

lifestyle; hip is feeling better than yesterday

    Hi,

    It is encouraging that the hip comes and goes. To me that suggests it is a soft tissue injury rather than a stress fracture some place in the pelvis. Keep to those soft surfaces. You know you can run the half, you need to get there healthly though. Even soft tissue stuff though can become chronic if you don’t take care of it. Is it possible for you to go see a doc or PT? It just seems like this has been going on long enough now that you should treat it.
