duration; 45 minutes, approx 4 miles

route; superior hiking trail; slightly hilly

effort; pushing up those hills

lifestyle; Ive been doing some exercises that are supposes to strenghten my hip that i found on the internet. And since ive been running on just the soft trails my hip hasnt been hurting as badly after my runs.
