Week 11

Training week 11:

sun:off-wisdom teeth

mon:off wisdom teeth

tues: walked 3 miles; wisdom teeth

Wednesday: 3o min. easy on Superior Hiking trail. rolling hills approx. 3 miles. Surgery didnt have any complications, but it seems that not exercising for a week as taken a toll on my endurance

Thursday: 30 min. easy lakewalk. approx. 3 miles. teeth and hip are doing well

Friday: Cross-training: 2 hr biking stared at lakewalk ended at LSC.  Flat and some hills

Saturday: 30 min. easy. rolling hills on superior hiking trail. approx. 3 miles.

                 Saturday, a few hrs later

                   35 mile bike ride along munger trail. completly flat. exhausted afterwards.

Sunday: 45 min. easy along superior hiking trail. still exhausted from the day before; made it difficult to run. ran approx. 4 miles. Surprisingly my hip is still feeling ok.

this past week i havent been able to run because i had my wisdom teeth out and Im not supposed to do any exercise for a week afterwards

effort: took it slow so it was easy

lifestyle; hip is feeling better than yesterday

effort: a good effort i put it in because i was running a race

lifestyle: my hip was sore after running on the road

route: superior hiking trail; slightly hilly

effort; medium running easy escept for the hills that i encountered

lifestyle: hip doing well when i run on trails

lifestyle; my hip was sore for a little while afterwards. I still think running on trails is helping alot

lifestyle; Ive been doing some exercises that are supposes to strenghten my hip that i found on the internet. And since ive been running on just the soft trails my hip hasnt been hurting as badly after my runs.
