    It looks like the training is going great. Keep taking care of the hip–don’t do anything drastic. I think running on the dirt is a good idea. I always do that when I can. If you are still feeling good, you can try to add the speed and pace running in slowly. But only do half of the “quality” stuff the first workout. So if I say 8 strides, do 4 to start. If I say 30 mins pace run, do 15-20 to see how it goes.
