Tuesday week 3

duration: 30 minutes, approx. 3 miles

route; flat across skyline pkwy

effort: moderate my hip is bothering me so it makes it a little bit for difficult to run

lifestyle: I wonder if doing yoga is hurting my hip. But its  not something I can quit because I am taking yoga at LSC. I’ve had my hip bother me before but not this badly

    Have you considered going to the lsc training clinic? I guess they have a clinic for students. Where is the hip hurting? Can you attribute it to a certain day–a strain?

    So where would I find this lsc training clinic? My hip hurts right around where my leg meets my hip, like the socket I guess.
