Training week 1
Duration: 60 minutes; approx. 6 miles
Effort: I ran really easy because since I haven’t ran much in the past months I wanted to be able to run constantly the entire time.
Workout completed
Route: Ran across W. Skyline PKWY, generally flat end easy
Lifestyle: Didn’t get much sleep; went to sleep around 3 am and was snacking around 1 am
