Wednesday- Training week 2

Duration: 55 minutes approx: 5 miles
Route: A hilly route, went up and down side streets out by UMD
Effort: The hills were tough, tempted to stop and walk but tried to run through it for awhile
I did Thursday’s workout today because I have to work tomorrow and I thought I would be to tired to attempt a workout like this tomorrow. I’ll do Wednesday’s tomorrow.
Lifestyle: I had yoga class earlier in the day so I kind of had to workouts today
