Tuesday- Training week 2

Training Week 2
Duration: 30 minutes
Route: generally flat across skyline pkwy
Effort: Started out easy, then tried to progress gradually to a faster speed. I found that at a faster speed than 10 minute miles I can not run very far. Thus I slowed back down after a few minutes because I figured it was better to run farther slower than to stop and walk.
Workout completed
Lifesyle: I had a good night sleep and I am starting to eat better.
