Thursday March 20-training

Duration: 60 minutes; approx. 6 miles

Effort: I ran really easy because since I haven’t ran much in the past months I wanted to be able to run constantly the entire time.

Workout completed

Route: Ran across W. Skyline PKWY, generally flat end easy

Lifestyle: Didn’t get much sleep; went to sleep around 3 am and was snacking around 1 am

    Hi Sarah.

    This looks like a good first week to me. You’re atarting to pay attention, if you did not already, not just to the training but to your lifestlye. As a runner, you can just run–sleep, diet and monitoring stress are all important. Keep listening to your body. you are smart to adapt the training when lfe gets hectic and to start slowly as you were not running much in the past few months. 14 weeks is plenty of time to get fit.
