Training week 1
This was my first run in a long time, but a friend and I went for a run.
Duration: 45 minutes, appox. 4 miles
Effort: I was trying my hardest not to stop and walk. I ended up walking after about 2 miles.
Route: A couple big uphills and downhills
Lifestyle: I was in pretty good shape besides I wasn’t used to getting up at 9 am. Had enough sleep but I don’t eat very healthy which I am trying to change.
