Welll i have not wrote on my blog for a while. But i have been doing well with the training. I have got in a couple more long runs and i am running 4-5 miles a day and am feeling very good about it all. I take acouple days off the week though because my knees have really been bothering me. I am taking women’s one a day vitiman and i am hoping that is helping a little bit. This last week i have not been running very much either which is probably not very good. I feel like i am in the best shape i have ever been in though. Wish i would have trained hard like this when i ran cross country. I can’t wait until Saturday. I think it will be a fun day and it will feel so good to finish it. That is the best feeling ever! Well good luck to everyone! Have a good and fun race!

Awesome Girl!!
I am really excited for you. When the training goes just perfectly this is how you should feel. Go out there and relish the experience Sat! Take it easy and just soak it all in the first half. Then GO for it in the second half. You have trained well and you are ready to go!
