Hi,

I'm so glad the ankle is better, but take care of your knee. Every day stay on it--did you get PT exercises to do when you had your knee operated on? Do them--ice it--stay on soft surfaces for running. Do you have dirt roads around your house you can train on? This will give your joints a break. I think you are ready Sam. The marathon is always a huge undertaking physically and mentally--training for one and staying injury free is more than half the battle. Now that you are home, try to get lots of rest. Do you tak a calcium supplement? You should start if you don't. I take the little chocolate calcium chews you can get at any drug store.
