Hey,

That time is pretty good! It was deceptively warm for the race. It was cold watching, but most people who ran said they got hot. How did you feel afterwards? Your training looks good this week. Keep working on your sleep! The race is approaching fast. What is your long run now? Hopefully ,you will have it upwards of 10 miles by week 12--then two weeks to rest up. If 10 seems like a lot, don't stress..this is a goal not a requirement. Add one mile a week and rest before and afterwards with a day off. The LR should be the focus now. If you are able to finish this, you can feel confident about feeling good for the half.
