		<description>Hi,

I think your diet looks ok. I know it is hard to eat something in the middle of the day--to find time and finding something that will digest before your run. Instead of a quaker bar, maybe you could get a cliff harvest bar or a protein bar to eat midday. It is difficult to say from one day, but it does seems like you are not getting enough calories in early in the day. If you could add another snack before your run--fruit, yogurt and berries or granola, a sports bar, a cup of cottage cheese and fruit? I don't a big lunch either, but I do eat every three hours. Usually I just have something little, but I don't let hours go by with nothing in the tank. I think you will feel better for your run with a few more calories in the afternoon. I am glad to hear you are felling good and the training is starting to be a habit. Keep truckin'</description>
