		<description>Not bad for a first week--pretty good in fact!  You were consistent and got some good efforts in.  We all ate too much candy on Easter, so don't beat yourself up over that.  You shpuld work on your sleep though.  You will need it now that you are in regular training. In fact, you might find training helps you to sleep more and more soundly.  How did the sprints go? (see the strides video--they are not suppose to be run as all out sprints.) I was happy to hear you felt good all week-no isses yet.</description>
