Creative Commons – Web Content You Can Use
Barry gave an excellent presentation yesterday titled, “Finding Web Content You Can Use”. While I was vaguely familiar with Creative Commons, what I learned yesterday cleared things up significantly. It’s important for online instructors and students to note that, just because something is found online, doesn’t mean that it is available for us to use and revise at will. Check out this 3-minute video about Creative Commons and then go to the website (http://search.creativecommons.org/). Take a minute to search for information you might be able to use in your classes. You’ll be glad you did.
