Rubric standard V.4 reads: The course design provides a variety of opportunities for interaction between instructor and learner.
Opportunities for interaction will vary with the discipline of the course, but students do need to feel that the instructor is close at hand and is, of course, approachable.

Where are you?

Summer courses are a great opportunity for students to catch up or get ahead. Summer can also mean crazy run-around schedules for parents of school-age kids. It’s particularly important during times like this, that onlineinstructors with unpredictable schedules let their students know how soon they’ll post grades, answer emails and pages, etc.
