 Have you ever done something out of pure pressure that you really didnt mean and later felt real bad about it? Well yea,thats what I did one day when I was with my friend Shanelle. Shanelle is one of those friends that I happen to get into trouble with but she’s really fun and we get along really well. One day as Shanelle and I were walking into a restaraunt, she poked me in the rib and pointed to this guy sitting in the corner booth by himself. “What?” I asked. “I went to school with him and we always argued, I hate him. “hu…”. Well Shanelle told me all about him and how he was homosexual which explained it all because Shanelle is very against that and also very outward about it. She walked up to him and said hello. She introduced me and I thought things were fine until I heard Shanelle call him a “faggot”. “Oh my gosh” I thought. From out of nowhere came this huge man and walked promply up to Shanelle and slapped her in the face. Without thinking twice I punched him in the mouth as hard as I could. It didnt register when I seen blood on my hand, I was too upset to care. The guy that had slapped Shanelle and that I punched had heard the conversation and found it totally mean and unnecessary, yet he just hit my friend and didnt find that unecessary? I was in total shock that this man whom niether Shanelle or I knew could do something like that. Even though I did agree that Shanelle had said some pretty harsh things I couldnt believe that he had stepped up and slapped her, defending some guy he didnt know.I couldnt believe that I had punched him either! I did feel bad but guess I just felt pressered to stand up for my friend even though I did not agree with her.What I really felt like foing was punching her! Eventually the cops were called and everybody scammed out of there. I did not regret punching him even though my hand hurt like hell that night.
