The rest of week 4
Thursday;
didn’t go like I had planned, but what can I say, hardly anything does at the moment with finals around the corner:) I had planned on getting a short run in today, but by the time I got home, I was exhausted and needed to get to the grocery store before the storm hit.
Friday;
Yea! Free day! No school, even work closed for the day! Lucky for me, I have a treadmill at home and was able to do my long run today; seven miles. I felt surprisingly good afterward. I made sure to get in my carbs afterwards and took a cool shower afterwards.
Saturday;
Feeling pretty good today. I can feel my muscles, but they aren’t so sore that I am in pain. My workout for today was ’digging out’. Definitely got some upper body work done there! It took about an hour and a half to shovel/snowblow our driveway and walkways!
Sunday
Worked all day today so decided to take a day off of things. I decided to study for an exam tomorrow morning instead.

Wow..I am so impressed with how you have transformed yourself and your lifestyle! Congrats! You are an inspiration. your training looks good so far. Seven miles means you are well on your way to completing the half. I will be interested to hear more of the specifics of your training next week. spring is here now, so i think we are all feeling more motivated that blizzard took the wind out of my sails last week.
