My Three Closest Friends
To begin with I have three close friends who have changed my life for the better. To begin with Chelsea is the first friend I met when I moved from my Hopkins house to St. Louis Park. Chelsea was a year older then me and was my neighbor. The first time I met Chelsea my brother and I were painting rocks and her brother Zach and her came over. There was a connection right away between us. Chelsea and I went to two different schools but anytime we could spend together we would. When I moved to Duluth at first Chelsea and I remained good friends, writing letters and event talking on the phone sometimes, as time went on we grew farther apart, but she will always be very dear to my heart. Another important friend has been Keri. I met Keri when i moved to Duluth. We were seated next to each other in Mrs. Chartier’s class. Keri and I at first didn’t wanted to have anything to do with each other. However, that changed very quickly. Before you knew it we were getting in trouble for talking in class, endless sleepovers and constantly having our parents drive us to each others house. Keri and I shared a passion, Horses. Keri has been in love with horses for as long as I can remember. She eventually got her own horse. I loved horses but in a different way, I loved them from a distance, she loved them up close. I eventually got over my fear of horses and now we ride whenever we get a chance to ride. Marijah is another one of my close friends. She is the closest of them all. Marijah and I met when I moved to Duluth in third grade. Marijah has always been there for me through everything. We went to the same elementary school and she was also like Chelsea, my neighbor. When middle high and high school rolled around we went into two different directions, but that didn’t stop us. One of my favorite memories with Marijah is when we were younger and we are both afraid of the dark so we took a Jump for Heart rope that was glow in the dark and wrapped it around the can and that was our “light source” so that way we would have some light in our room. Marijah and I continued to be friends through out the years and now even though we are at two different colleges we are closer then ever. These three girls have been the balance through life. They are what keeps be going when I have hit a bump in the road of life.
I picked this story because it expresses how my close friends have changed my life. I love each of those girls in different ways and I thought it would be nice to share their friendship to me with you
It’s so nice when friends change our lives for the better! My friend also did it several years ago and I cannot imagine if it hadn’t happened. Glad for you!
