Interview

I interviewed my mom on how her excerssing had changed her self image.

She said that It has changed her appereance and how she thought of herself for the better. She worked out every day by starting her day with yoga, to relax herself . After doing about a hour of yoga she walked or biked for along time. She does that now to this day every day. Now that it is getting nicer out she said that she will start biking to work which is about 4 miles and some of it up hill.

 My mom says too that once summer comes shes going to bike everywhere, she has now more in shaped since she recentely went on a bike tour through Holland which somedays was 30 miles a day.

Eudora Welty was born on April 13, 1909 and died on July 21,2001 . She was born in Mississppi and was the oldest and the only daughter. She has 25 major works.

College is a very good example of this quote and how it applies in my life. Starting school this year and just coming out of high school was hard. I had a hard time making friends and adjusting to the new school. School has been very hard for me because i dont have high confidence in myself, however i took this quote and i realized that i had get my confidence up and i will be able to sucessed in school.

How do you stay healthy? Have lots of Nutritions

What dont you do? Dont eat cafeteria fod, fast food. Dont snack too much and execssive intake of fat, sugar and sodium is bad for you

Do you really need lots of sleep? Yes you do! Sleep is very important!

Attiude? Change thge way you think about yourself, believe in yourself, keep things in perspective do posative selt talk

 What can Laughter do? Lower blood peressure and reduceshypertension, Provides good cardiac condition,reduce stress harmones, Cleanies lungs & body tissue of accumlated stale air

What are your coping skills? Comic relief, time managment and excerise

What are some Relaxtion techinque? Yoga, Mediation, Deep Breathing, Music

What are some benfits? Show your heart rate dreduces your blood presse shows your breathing rate
