Week Eight

I think you got a little confused, my race isn’t untill June 15. But thats ok :)

The past couple days, i didnt get to run as much as I would have liked, I was in Michigan having my graduation open house. It was a very busy 5 days. But I am back in Duluth now and I am running outside almost everyday. I have been getting more sleep than usual since school got out. Which is very nice. My det has been the same as usual. I am getting kinda excited and very nervous about my race. Less than a month! Ah!

    Hi,

    School’s out–hopefully you can get into a routine the next few weeks and get rested up. Your body will perform better if you are into a routine. Try to eat and sleep well every day and get into a pattern. Your body will learn this routine and not give you race day surprises.
