Week Four

This week went better than last week. My ancle is all better now (well, for the most part). I have been running about 4 miles straight now. Not great, but Im getting there. I have been getting a LOT of sleep this week, I dont know how that happened! My diet is good. Lots of fruits and veggies. I am still running on a treadmill, I might start running outside soon :)

 I am not a pro at running yet, I probably wont be for a while.  I am lookig forward to the race and cant wait till its over, truthfully! haha.

So, that’s my week four!

    You want to start running outside a few days a week anyway. It is something you need to get use to. Your form changes slightly and the pounding is greater on roads. I’m glad to hear the ankle issue had resolved itself.
